Website operator and recipient

Mustafa, the website operator, receives your project details at mustafa9605@gmail.com for follow-up. A contractor and service availability have not been confirmed. Sending an enquiry does not book work or promise a response time.

What you choose to send

The form collects your name, preferred email address or telephone number, postal code, project type and description, and any optional project details or timing. It also sends the first page path, referral origin and campaign source information available in your city website session. These details help the operator understand and follow up on your request. No analytics service receives the form contents.

Submitting the form does not appoint a contractor, book a visit or confirm service coverage. The operator will need to establish the appropriate provider and project arrangements separately. Details are not automatically forwarded to an unconfirmed contractor.

Storage and email delivery

Your enquiry is saved through the website’s server intake, using Vercel and Supabase, before the form confirms receipt. An email notification is queued through Resend to the operator’s Gmail inbox. A saved receipt and a delivered email are separate events; the notification system retries temporary delivery failures.

Retention and your choices

The intake is configured to clear the saved project payload and queued email contents after 365 days. The request reference, city and routing identifier, payload hash, receipt, notification status and operational timestamps remain as deduplication and delivery records. These metadata do not contain the original form description or contact fields. Copies already delivered to the operator’s email inbox and provider backups have separate retention; clearing the intake payload does not delete those copies.

For a question about your details, correction or deletion request, email mustafa9605@gmail.com and include the enquiry receipt if available. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Session and technical information

The first page path, referral origin and supplied campaign source, medium and name are kept in your browser’s session storage for this city, without contact fields, until the session ends. They accompany your enquiry when you submit it. The form works if browser storage is blocked. The hosting and delivery services process ordinary technical request information, while abuse controls limit repeated submissions. Form contents and delivery credentials are not written to application logs.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics loads only if you choose Allow analytics. It measures visits to the published planning pages, form starts, phone or email link clicks and accepted enquiry submissions. A phone click is not a completed call; a saved submission is not a qualified lead or booked work. Draft guides and project-evidence pages are excluded from these measurements.

The website sends the city identifier, a fixed page name and path, referral origin and event type. It does not send your name, email address, telephone number, postal code, description, enquiry reference, receipt or full query string to Google Analytics. Google processes ordinary browser and device information when its tag is allowed. Advertising features, Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled.

Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Choose No thanks to keep analytics off, or use Privacy settings on a published page to change your choice later. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics events and clears this website’s Analytics cookies where accessible; it does not erase data already processed by Google. The enquiry form works with analytics disabled. See Google’s privacy information for its data practices.

Photographs and attachments

File uploads are not enabled. Do not enter sensitive documents, payment details, property access codes or unnecessary personal information. Keep photographs for a separately agreed contact channel.
